The Automatic Vial Sticker Labeling Machine PSAL-120 is one of the most users friendly. The vial sticker labeller machine is used for full/partial wrap around self-adhesive sticker labeling machine for different size of round containers. The vertical sticker labeling machine is capable of labeling up to 150 containers per minutes depending on products and label size. The automatic model is equipped with roller spacing device resulting in a simple operation with “No change parts required”.

Operation of Vial Sticker Labeling Machine:

The basic function of the vial sticker labeler to paste label on the round containers (vial labels) the container is moving on conveyor during the period there is a bottle separation device is there which create the space between two bottle after single bottle enter into pressing device where bottle is entered during the period product sensor give the command to operate servo and release label once it stick on the bottle is to be rotate between massage plate and pressing device and complete label will stick on the bottle once it is completed conveyor carries the bottle towards next operation
