Automatic Horizontal Cartoning Machine
The Automatic Linear Cartoning Machine is compact unit totally made of M.S. Angle structure encompassed with S.S. Coverings with height adjustment legs, are provided to adjust the machine height and highly efficient machine with elegant look. This multifunctional multi featured machine meets the cGMP requirements of carton opening and closing. The machine operates on the horizontal principle.
Operation of Automatic Horizontal Cartoning Machine
The Basic Principal of the machine to feed the bottle inside the cartons and close the cartons. Filled, sealed and labeled bottles are coming through the labeling machine conveyor to cartoning machine Infeed Conveyor. It has a provision of feed worm which convert the bottle from vertical position to horizontal position. Cartons are coming from the carton Loader. Vacuum cup will pick the carton and placed it in the carton loading channel. Simultaneously cartons conveyor and bottle conveyor moving parallel. During this time period bottom side of cartons are closed and from front side bottle will pushed inside the carton. Then after Top flap of the carton is to be closed and transfer to the out feed conveyor.
