Operation of Semi-Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
The tube holder sockets carry a tube holder in which empty tubes are placed manually. The turret head rotates step by step in the forward direction through various stations. In the first station tube is sensed by the No Tube No Fill Mechanism, where the tube allows the strip of No Tube No Fill rod to swing outward when the Index turn table starts moving. Thus, the No Tube No Fill mechanism operates to start pumping for the next station. In the next station, the pump in the pump housing moves forward, and the tube is filled with the desired quantity of paste/ointment. The pump housing supports the valve body, and the valve body supports the jacketed hopper over it. From the hopper, the paste/ointment is sucked through the Valve into the pump. After the filling, the tube is indexed to the next station through a sealing mechanism having two subsequent stations. In the first station sealing & coding operation will be performed, while in the second station cutting operation will be performed. Then, after the sealed tube is lifted out from the tube holder in the subsequent station by the Ejector rod and it is deflected by the tipper to the receiving hopper. This fully synchronized operation ensures consistent tube output with minimal manual intervention, making it one of the most efficient tube filling and sealing machines for pharmaceutical and cosmetic production lines.
