Semi Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

A unique series of machine exclusively designed for laminated, aluminum and plastic tubes. Capable of filling, sealing, crimping, batch, coding, ejecting all with synchronized operations. These are engineered to meet the customer’s needs and requirements in an efficient manner. These machines have variety of filling nozzles to suit the particular type of product being filled. The machine uses patented hot air sealing system, which is one of the most reliable sealing systems for plastic and laminate tube.

Operation of Semi Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

The tube holder sockets carries tube holder in which empty tubes are placed manually. The turret head rotates step by step in forward direction through various stations. In first station tube is sensed by No Tube No Fill Mechanism where tube allows the strip of No Tube No Fill rod swing outward when the Index turn table starts moving. Thus, No Tube No Fill mechanism operates to start pumping for the next station. In the next station, the pump in the pump housing moves forward and tube is filled with desired quantity of paste/ointment. The pump housing supports the valve body and valve body supports the jacketed hopper over it. From the hopper the paste/ointment is sucked through Valve into the pump. After the filling, the tube is indexed to the next station through sealing mechanism having two subsequent stations. In first station sealing & coding operation will be performed while in second station cutting operation will be performed. Then after the sealed tube is lifted out from the tube holder in the subsequent station by Ejector rod and it is deflected by tipper to the receiving hopper.
