The Rotary Bottle Washing Machine by Parth Engineers & Consultant is a compact and highly efficient machine with an elegant look. This multifunctional multi-featured machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles. The machine operates on the rotary principle with a "GENEVA" mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.
Operation of Semi-Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine
The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of the rotating platform and are cleaned in a series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with a neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup-shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings. It also sprays water and air in subsequent zones when bottles are stopped, which ensures the saving of water and air. The sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirements.This systematic washing process makes it one of the most reliable rotary bottle washing machines for pharmaceutical and food grade applications.
