Semi Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machine

The Semi-Automatic Air Jet Bottle Washing Machine is a compact unit made of S.S. structure with height-adjustable legs, which are provided to adjust the machine height, and a highly efficient machine with an elegant look. This multifunctional, multi-featured machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles. The machine operates on a linear principle mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.

Operation of Semi Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machine

The containers are placed manually over pockets provided on the top of the Machine. The Cleaning section is equipped with a continuous vacuum system. With the placement of a container over pockets, the photo sensor senses the Containers and starts to flush the air inside the neck of the container, and simultaneously vacuum will suck the particles, disturbed by the air.
