Rotary Vial Washing Machines

The Vial rotary washing machine is designed to wash both internal and external surfaces of Vial at a rated speed of 240 per minute for 2ml to 100 ml Vial.

Operation of Rotary Vial Washing Machines

  • Vial s are fed on to the infeed conveyor.
  • The conveyor feeds the Vial s to the infeed star wheel through feed screw that has slots suitable for the diameter of the Vial s.
  • The star wheel transfers Vials on to the grippers mounted on drum of the washing section.
  • The drum on which grippers are mounted moves at a uniform speed. Media is jetted on to the Vial outer surface.
  • Vial s are passed through the three stages of washing cycle with alternate flushing by compressed air.
  • After internal and external drying process, the Vial s are transferred to the tunnel from outfeed star wheel through outfeed conveyor.

  • PARTH make Washing Machines designed to clean the inner & outer surface of Vial.
  • Continuous rotary travel system.
  • Machine divided into 3 basic sections – Mechanical drive / Washing section / Filtration section, suitably isolated / separated from each other.
  • Facility to feed Vial from turntable to star wheel
  • Vials are held in inverted position through the washing & cleaning stage.
  • At the individual stations, spray tubes travel in synchronism with Vial and enters the Vial with orifices exactly centered. The spray tubes follow the continuously moving grippers from the start to the finish of a working station and retract.
  • Standard provision for media jetting at six stations. Filtration Unit housed in a separate section / machine mounted.
