Automatic Ampoule Sticker Labeling Machine

The filled ampoules to be load on conveyor which feed ampoules to the feed worm. Feed worm can pass the ampoules to the star wheel which carry the ampoules towards labeling and rotate. During the rotation the label applicator is release the label which is mounted on top plate. Label release end is aligning with the rotary star plate where the sensor is given to sense the ampoule and release the label. Once label is released the ampoule is passed through label pressing device which align with the rotary star plate. While the passing of ampoule from pressing device, it will be rotated and stick the label on the ampoule. Once it passed through the same it is collected to the collection tray which is mounted on the top plate of the machine.

The basic function of the Label Applicator is to release and stop the label and wind the empty roll according to the command of sensors. Label applicator device has a servo motor which rotates and stops according to the sense of the sensors. There are two sensors One is product Sensor Which starts the servo on sensing of product. Whereas second one is Gap Sensor which stops the servo once a label released. During the operation there is a facility to print the label during the period of servo stops. Label Applicator has a facility to mount the printer. During the function of labeling operation printing can be done on the label.
