• Packing Conveyor Belt is used in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agriculture, food and beverage etc. Packing Conveyor is used for packing liquid and tablets into bottles, boxes or containers. The unit consists of PVC coated belt moving at a constant speed, which can be modify.
• The conveyor belt brings the container or products from the labeling / blister/ strip machine, operator in turn pickup these bottles / products and visually inspect the bottles / products and doing necessary action like primary packing, secondary packing, picking and placing at proper place.
• A conveyor belt is used to transport or convey particles, raw materials or finished products from one place to another. It consists of two end pulleys which are powdered by a motor to move the material on the belt forward.
• Belt conveyors are also used in transport and manufacturing units. Material flowing over the belt may be weighed in transit using a belt weigh. Belts with regularly spaced partitions, known as elevator belts, are used for transporting loose materials up steep inclines.
• It is considered a labor saving system that allows large volumes to move rapidly through a process, allowing companies to ship or receive higher volumes with smaller storage space and with less labor expense.
• A number of machines are equipped with the conveying belt systems for ease of movement of materials and finished products. These machines ensure high level of efficiency in transporting products.
• A wide variety of conveying machines are available, different as regards principle of operation, means and direction of conveyance, including screw conveyors, vibrating conveyors, the moving floor system, which uses reciprocating slats to move cargo, and roller conveyor system, which uses a series of powered rollers to convey boxes or pallets.

Turn Table is suitable to supply continuous bottle to volumetric liquid filling machine or change the direction of flow. Turn Table consist of a tubular structure with a moving belt to carry the bottles from capping machine for inspection and then for onward transmission to the labelling machine. A turntable is generally a rotating platform. Turn Table can be used as Scrambler or Unscramble.

Turn table is built on S.S. square frame, solid guide rail & reduction gear box for jerk less & noiseless performance. Turntable is useful to assure total synchronization, union flow of container & to take a turn at 90 degree to suit different machine & purpose in automatic liquid line.
