Automatic R.O.P.P. Cap Sealing Machine is designed to seal bottles and containers with metallic / plastic screw caps of various shapes and sizes. Sealing is reliable and effective in Ropp Cap Sealing Machine. ROPP Cap Sealing Machines & Screw Capping Machines are used in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Chemical and Food & Beverage industries.

The machine consists of a cap feeding hopper and a slat conveyor belt for inlet and outlet of bottles. The process involves transfer of incoming bottles with caps through an in-feed worm and feeding it under the sealing head, resulting in perfect and error free sealing. The sealed bottles are further transported to the inspection section through the conveyor belt.

The entire process is driven by the electricity driven motor, for ease and efficiency of operation. ROPP Cap Sealing Machines & Screw Capping Machines are provided with variable speed mechanism for speed adjustment and can accommodate bottles of various shapes, sizes & diameter.

Changing of the cap size is very simple, erection and commissioning can be done easily without any foundation. Height of conveyor belt of cap sealing machine can be adjustable. Only one attendant can monitor the sealing machine.

Process - Screw Capping Machine

• The bottles/containers are conveyed through the timing worm to the inlet capping star.
• Here the bottle/container carries the cap from the automatic cap feeder through the cap delivery chute and is then transferred to the rotary track.
• Here the ROPP capping head/Screw capping head descends on the bottle in a rotating motion and complete the capping operation.
• At the end of the capping cycle the head returns to its original position while the bottle enters the outlet capping star from where it is transferred to the conveyor.
