Bottle Washing Machine
 

Bottle Washing Machines are ideal for washing injection bottles, laboratory glassware, feeding bottles, infusion bottles, medicine bottles, ampoules, cartridges and syringes. Bottle washing machines are widely used by many industries for fast and efficient washing, sterilizing and drying of bottles before being filled with solutions, liquids or powders. Bottle Washing Machine is designed to clean various types of glass bottles or plastic, metal containers either round or odd shape, subjecting to a series of distinct processing operations.

The two type of Bottle Washing Machine are

  • Linear Bottle Washing Machine
  • Rotary Bottle Washing Machine
Rotary Bottle Washing Machine operates on the rotary principles. Washing machines have inbuilt inside and outside flushing systems to completely remove any traces of particles, dust etc.  Two bottle holders in one line for easy loading and unloading. Bottle washing system combines functions of rotating rotor nozzles and stationary nozzles. Washing capacity is enhanced significantly through continuous loading, cleaning, drying and unloading process. Hence, there is no waiting or idle time.  Rotating speed is adjustable through step-less variable pulley unit.  Supplied with two SS tanks and two SS monoblock centrifugal pumps, pressure gauges and control panel, SS body to prevent corrosion in Bottle Washing Machine. One insulated tank with Electric heaters or steam coils.

Operation of Bottle Washing Machine

  • Water jet spray from the stationary nozzle provides a thorough clean to external surfaces of the bottles.  Meanwhile, the jet streams come out of the rotating nozzles at high pressure and bounce off the bottom of the bottle, thus cleaning all internal surfaces completely. To save amount of water supply, separated reservoirs are provided to store two recycled water sources. 
  • Recycling process feeds water through 25 micron filter for rinsing water and through 1 micron filter for washing water.  As an option, electrical heater submerges in the reservoir to heat up washing water, automatically controlled to a desired temperature.
  • The system is capable of washing various sizes of bottles, simply by changing bottle holders.  Process sequence and timing are adaptable to meet specific requirement of user.

  • The flow of washing Medias stop during the indexing of chain, saving straight 25% on utilities.

 VIAL WASHING MACHINE

 
 

Vial Washing Machines are specialised equipment used for washing and sterilizing vials before being filled by pharmaceutical solutions. Vial Washing System, use carriers equipped for direct spraying while the water pressure is equally divided among the stationary spraying nozzles. Washing process is performed carrier by carrier as each carrier is manually loaded onto and unloaded from the machine. The construction is mainly of stainless steel and other corrosion-free material. Vial Washing Machines can wash between 200-300 vials per minute depending on the technical specifications of the machine.

Operation of Vial Washing Machine:

  • Vial trays are directly un-loaded from which it is pushed on to the turn-table. The turn table slowly and steadily feed vials to the single track or two tracks feed warm, where vials are automatically inverted.
  • The synchronized star- wheel places two vials, one to the single track or two tracks indexing chain. The indexing chain positively carries inverted pair of vials through seven sequential washes.
  • The consumption of washing fluids is minimized by recirculation through filters.
  • Basically, water for the washing cycle is heated up by electrical immersion heating element in the tank of the washer and maintain at the set of temperature throughout the washing process.
  • The system is capable of washing various sizes of vial, simply by changing vial carriers.  Process sequence and timing are adaptable to meet users’ requirement.
  • At the end of washing operation vials are re-inverted back into original and collected in the tray.

Washing Process Steps of Vial Washing Machine:

  • Rinse Spray tap water onto internal and external surface to sweep away soluble dirt or loosely adhered particles with D.I. water
  • Dry Supply clean compressed air to remove water droplets at internal surface of the vial  
  • Wash Clean internal and external surface with D.I. water
  • Dry Feed clean compressed air to remove water droplet at the internal surface 
  • Final Wash use D.I. water to wash internal and external surface of vial
  • Final Dry supply clean compressed air to the internal area of vial
